| Placing an order: |

Please indicate clearly which product(s) you would like to purchase, preferably with a reference number to avoid any chance on misunderstanding, and the quantity. You will receive an e-mail reply with the estimated timing before shipment start and price including shipment to the desired delivery address. If the given reply is suitable for you a PayPal payment request will be sent to you. |

| ◄ The renowned PayPal payment method is applied. This provides easy & safe payment for you as a customer. Should you have an explicit request for an (international) money transfer that can also be arranged of course. |
| Shipment: |
| ◄ There are no shipment location limitations, products can be shipped anywhere in the world to the address indicated by you. |
| ◄ There is no knowledge available about country specific import duties and/or other regulations, should you have a particular request for your shipment location please indicate so upon order placement and it will be checked whether compliance is possible. Be advised that Antonio Ruggi Riproduzioni is no shape or form responsible for import or other taxes that a country may charge for the items shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to check on its countries tax and duties. |
| ◄ For shipments of items by Antonio Ruggi Riproduzioni the liability is limited to the initial packaging only. Every item will be thoroughly checked and packaged in a robust way. Loss or damage caused by postal services and/or customer themselves will not be refunded by ARR. Customers can decide to add a shipping insurance. |
